Tavares, FL (December 15, 2025) - All offices of the City of Tavares will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 24, and Thursday, Dec. 25, in observance of Christmas Day. Offices will resume regular business hours on Friday, Dec. 26. All offices will also be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 31, and Thursday, Jan. 1, in observance of New Year's Day. Offices will resume regular business hours on Friday, Jan. 2.
