Tavares, FL (October 13, 2025) - The City of Tavares invites families to enjoy a night of Halloween fun at the annual BOO! Fest on Friday, October 24, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in Downtown Tavares and Wooton Park.
This free, family-friendly community event features a full evening of activities, entertainment, and treats for all ages, including:
- Trunk or Treat along Main Street and Ruby Street with free candy
- Live DJ music and food vendors throughout downtown
- Creepy Tent for kids, sponsored by the YMCA
- Costume Contest in Wooton Park at 7:00 p.m.
- Movie in the Park: Scooby Doo's Spookiest Tales beginning at 6:30 p.m.
- Soar Athletics Performance Team exhibition in Wooton Park
- Carnival Games located throughout Wooton Park
