Notice to the Public IMPACT FEE WORKSHOP
On April 2nd, 2025, at 4 PM in the City Council Chambers at Tavares City Hall, 201 E Main Street, Tavares, Florida 32778., the Tavares City Council will hold a Public Workshop to discuss the City of Tavares 2025 Municipal Impact Fee Study (dated February 13, 2025). Discussions will be dedicated to the extraordinary circumstances necessitating the proposed impact fees for Police, Fire, Park, and General Government.
