Dear Valued Tavares Marina Tenant,
In preparation for Hurricane Helene's anticipated development, please make preparations to remove your vessels from the marina by Wednesday (9/25). The forecast calls for our area to begin experiencing tropical storm-force winds on Thursday (09/26). As you know, paragraph 14 of your lease agreement refers to storm provisions, which are to protect your property and the property of others, as well as the marina. Thanks for your attention to this urgent situation.
