The City of Tavares Annual BOO! Festival is on Friday, October 27, in downtown Tavares. The family-friendly event features a large Trunk or Treat with tons of free candy, live DJ music, food vendors, a Creepy Tent for kids sponsored by the YMCA, a Costume Contest, a movie in the park, and more!
• Costume Contest Judging in Tavares Square: (7 pm)
• Carnival Games in Wooton Park
• Movies in Wooton Park: (6:30 pm): Toy Story of Terror and Monsters vs. Aliens: Mutant Pumpkins from Outer Space
• Soar Athletics Performance Team in Wooton Park
• Tavares Police Department Charity Dunk Tank on Main Street
